Data Deletion

Mochi Paint is provided by CyberPrep Solutions LLC. The app has no accounts, cloud gallery, or server-side artwork storage. Your coloring progress and preferences stay on your device.

Delete on-device data

• In the installed Android app, open Android Settings, choose Apps, select Mochi Paint, then clear storage.
• You can also uninstall Mochi Paint to remove its locally saved progress and preferences.
• PNG files you intentionally saved must be deleted separately from your device's Downloads or Files app.

Because Mochi Paint does not receive your artwork or maintain user accounts, there is no remote account or gallery record to request that we delete.

Purchase records and email

Your purchase of Mochi Paint is recorded by Google Play against your Google account; we do not hold a copy, and it is managed through your Google Play order history. If you have emailed support@mochipaint.com, you may request deletion of that correspondence at any time by emailing us with the subject “Delete my data” from the same address; we will delete it within 30 days and confirm, except where records must be kept for legal, tax, or dispute reasons (we will tell you if so).
