Privacy Policy

Mochi Paint is a coloring app for all ages, including children, provided by CyberPrep Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“CyberPrep Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We keep it simple: no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no behavioral tracking, and no cloud gallery.

What stays on your device

• Your coloring progress and app preferences are saved locally on your device — never uploaded anywhere.
• The Save button creates a PNG file on your device. Mochi Paint does not upload or share it.
• Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling removes locally saved progress. Saved PNG files stay in your device's Downloads until you delete them.

What the app does not collect

• No names, account details, email addresses, passwords, or user profiles.
• No location, contacts, camera, microphone, advertising ID, or cross-app identifiers.
• No artwork uploads, analytics events, advertising data, or third-party tracking of any kind. The app uses no third-party SDKs.

Buying the app

Mochi Paint is a paid app sold through Google Play. Google shows the exact localized price before you confirm the purchase, and Google LLC processes the entire transaction. We never receive or store payment card numbers, billing addresses, or purchaser identities; Google's handling of payment data is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. The app contains no additional purchases of any kind.

Children's privacy

Mochi Paint is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation as it applies to children. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, no information about your child is gathered, stored, sold, or shared, and no third party receives data from the app.

Writing to support@mochipaint.com shares your email address and message with us. We use them only to respond, never for marketing, and you can request deletion at any time — see the Data Deletion page.
